Washfield is a country lovers paradise with an abundance of hedgerow flowers, local birdlife and a very wide variety of wildlife. The Mill Leat runs alongside the property and children will love to feed the ducks and look after the baby ducklings.

Ideally situated for touring, just 5 minutes from the thriving market town of Tiverton, with the sandy beaches of the North and South Coast just 45 minutes drive away. The heatherclad moors of Exmoor and the rugged beauty of Dartmoor National Parks are within easy reach. Junction 27 of the M5 motorway is just 15 minutes away with the adjoining British Rail Parkway.

National Trust properties nearby include Knightshayes Court and Killerton, nearby are both Tiverton and Bickleigh Castles, both well worth a visit.
